Introducing Wayda on Wine 17

Hi.  My name is Mark Wayda, and I am bringing you this new blog called Wayda on Wine. Through this blog I intend to share with you my personal journey from enthusiastic consumer of fine wines to wine professional, engaged in import, distribution and sales.

More than that, this blog is a resource. Whether you want to learn more about wine, how it is made and who makes it, or if you just want help finding something to drink this weekend, Wayda on Wine will be for you.  I will also tell you about what I am drinking, from the unique and rare to what you might find on the shelf in your local grocery store or wine shop.  While it is not the focus of Wayda on Wine, I will occasionally write about fine spirits and inspired cocktails, and there will also be guest posts about wine, spirits and craft beer.  In short, there should be something of interest for everyone.

I was extraordinarily fortunate to have achieved one dream job in my lifetime.  Now, I am working toward a second, this time focusing on the rich and varied products of fermentation and the fine artists that create them. Subscribe to come along with me on this adventure.
